All US orders will be shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Island shipping is via the U.S. Post Office. To send internationally, call or send us an email for a quote. Rush orders are available by request. Please call for rate options.

UPS ground delivery times vary based o­n the distance of the delivery destination from our store in North Carolina. If you are interested in the approximate delivery time for shipping an order by UPS ground, you may review the UPS transit time calculator (we ship from Cary, NC - zip code 27518).

In-stock items are typically shipped out within 24 hours. If an item has to be back-ordered or made-to-order, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. We will let you know when we send out the final confirmation email.

All of our shipments are insured for the amount of the product you ordered. In the event of any damages or loss, please contact us by email at info@swaggergifts.com as soon as the problem is discovered.

When you order from Swagger you will receive an email o­n the day of shipment that includes a link to track your internet order. Following this link will also provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Additional Charges
Some of our merchandise requires additional shipping charges for heavy or over-sized items. Additional charges are listed in the product description for individual items.

Tracking Your Purchase
You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via UPS. We will provide you with a number for tracking purposes in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Use that number to track your package.If you need assistance, please send us an email.
