· When will my credit card be charged?
Credit card accounts are billed when we pack your order for shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

· Do you take Checks or Money Orders?
Orders placed online can be paid only with a credit card, We can only accept Checks or Money Orders and Swagger Gift Certificates on Catalog Orders mailed in to us. Personal or Company checks must have a preprinted name (no temporary drafts) and both Money Orders or Checks must be drawn from U.S. banks.

· Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only orders shipping to addresses within North Carolina are charged sales tax.
