How To Order
Shop:
1. To begin shopping, click on the departments on the left side of the page.
2. The department will expand to show you different categories within that department. All categories and sections are outlined on the left side of the page. After choosing a category, a group of products will be displayed on the page. If it is a large category, multiple pages of products will be available for your viewing pleasure.
3. By clicking on an item, a bigger picture and more detailed description will be made available. At either screen, the “Add to Basket” button is available.
4. If you see a menu of selections below the product description that show colors or sizes, choose the exact item you want. The page will refresh and the item name will reflect your selection. Click "Add to Basket" and you will be taken to your Shopping Basket.
5. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping". To checkout, click "Checkout".
Check Out:
After you've finished shopping and personalizing your gifts, click "View/Checkout". Follow the steps to enter your shipping and billing information. If you have special shipping or gift wrapping needs (Gift Message or Gift Boxing), please use the "Additional Comment" fields.
Phone Orders:
If you prefer to place your credit card order by phone, please call us at 877-SWAGGER.
Order Enclosures / Mail Orders:
If paying by check or money order, please send check/money order to the following address. We will process your order when the check or money order is received and send out a confirmation when we ship.

Order Confirmation:
After submitting your order, you'll see a receipt that you can print for your records. You will be sent an email confirmation, which will summarize your order and personalization. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the business day that your order is placed.
