Community Spotlight - KidsPeace and a New Community Spotlight Partner!

KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs provide foster family-based treatment for children and youth with behavioral and emotional challenges. Foster Care is provided as an alternative to residential treatment, or as a transition for youth stepping down from residential treatment.  Through the power of family living, kids who have experienced abuse and neglect learn to participate in healthy relationships with adults, experience healthy family functioning, and participate in community life. A major goal of KidsPeace is to strive to cultivate resilience in all kids - to help kids succeed where they have struggled and to develop a positive vision of the future. Ultimately, KidsPeace is committed to its mission to give hope, help, and healing to children facing crisis.

As Christmas is nearing, KidsPeace continues to carry on the tradition of celebrating the holiday season in honor of the kids. KidsPeace recognizes the struggles that many children and youth have endured in life. Because of this, KidsPeace intends for the holiday season to be a joyful and positive experience for all.
